Our company YANNIS STANITSAS Culinary & Consulting Services started out in 2014 with the sole objective to provide consultant and management services for hotels, restaurants and food industries. Many renown businesses in Greece and abroad (America, Egypt etc) have collaborated with us, as a consequence, many of them have won high distinctions.

The knowledge, the passion and the enthusiasm for Mediterranean gastronomy shared by Υiannis Stanitsas, our head manager, along with his personal expertise in International Cuisine, can very well point out a whole new concept for your restaurant.

Υannis Stanitsas has graduated from the IHTTI (International Hotel, Travel, Tourism Institute) in Switzerland, and pursued his post graduate studies in Catering Management. Additionally, he acquired a Diploma in Culinary Arts for Chef Training.

Occasionally, he has participated in seminars abroad and has also worked with the Spanish chef Alain Devahive Tolosa, co-worker of Ferran Adria, in the Gaston Lenotre in France, Singapορε, in Valhrona with the Spanish chefs Jordi Butron and Xano Sauge and at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, with Bernard Louiseau and Christophe Larrat, of the Alain Ducasse restaurants.

Yannis Stanitsas has been awarded three times with the Golden Cooking Hat, has also won 3 golden medals in national culinary competitions and 2 silver medals in the 3rd Gastronomy Festival of Greece.
